![]() Ingredients * chicken pieces 4-6 * almond flour * salt 1/2 teaspoon * pepper 1/2 teaspoon * sage 1/2 teaspoon * olive oil Instructions 1. Mix ingredients (except chicken and oil) in a plastic bag. Use enough nut flour to coat chicken pieces. 2. Dampen chicken pieces with water or olive oil and then toss one at a time in the bag until coated. 3. Bake in oven at 375 degrees F (200 C) for approx. 45-60 minutes.
