  1. Broccoli and Chicken  
 
Ingredients

For this recipe we need the following:
300 gram Broccoli (Brocolli Vapeur Minute, presteamed)
150-200 gram organic chicken filet
Olive Oil (ony use vergin)

Time
Approx 10 minutes.

Pre-steamed vegetables
Use a frozen pre-steamed vegetable. The steaming makes sure the vitamins stay inside. You don't need to cook the vegetables either.
If you can't find pre-steamed vegetables, use normal ones, but then you'll have to add a cup of hot water to the pan when you add the vegetables. Wait until the water is all gone. That assures you that the vegetables are ready to be eaten.. Of course, this increases the cooking time.

Just begon the SCDiet
Then you'll also need to add a cup of hot water when you add the vegetables. This makes sure the vegetables are well done and are easily digestable.

Variations
You can ofcourse also use this recipe when you exchange the broccoli for cauliflower, haricots verts, etc.

  2. Broccoli and Chicken  
 
In The Netherlands we can buy this olive oil (750ml) for about two dollars ! It's a very high quality extra vergine (1st pressing) oil and has been tested very well.

Preheat a baking pan and then add a generous amount of olive oil. Next, add the chopped chicken filet.
In a couple of minutes, bake the chicken until its starts to turn brown.

While the chicken is baking, take the broccoli from the freezer and put it in a pan/bowl. Add a couple of liters of hot water. Put the pan/bowl aside and in a few minutes the vegetables are defrozen.
When the chicken is well done, throw the broccoli through a filter, so that all water is gone. Next add the broccoli to the chicken.
Decrease the heat and let it be for another five minutes.

This is what it looks like in the end on a plate. Add some salt and use a generous amount of olive oil on top of it.
The olive oil is very healthy and contains a large amount of energy.
This meal should be enough for the next five hours (if eaten more often, you'll discover you stopped eating all snacks and all cravings have disappeared).
