Gum recession and tooth decay: real cause is acid reflux

Wednesday, October 18 2017 - Filed under: General

Read these articles and you know enough:

Mercury can cause acid reflux:

Solution is to use a good HCl / betaine supplement (HCl = hydrochloric acid, the natural acid in your stomach). This one seems very good: www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Betaine-Gentian-Digestion/product-reviews/B00H40XPH4/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewpnt_lft?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=1&filterByStar=positive . Read the reviews to see that adding acid to the stomach often cures acid reflux, and hence cures tooth decay and gum recession.

Take the HCl supplements while eating meals that contain meat, cheese and other difficult to digest protein foods.

Alternatively you can also try drinking fresh organic celery juice, which helps you stomach to produce more HCl.

Eventually you'll have to get rid of the mercury that causes the production of insufficient HCl in the stomach. Or if it's not caused by mercury, find another cause.

I also found a really interesting article on fine-tuning the amount of HCl to take: scdlifestyle.com/2012/03/how-to-supplement-with-betaine-hcl-for-low-stomach-acid/ .

Also be sure to read this book.. It's really interesting:
