Stuffed nose, sinusitis, stuffed sinus

Lots of people suffer from (chronic) sinusitis. Surgical intervention often doesn't relieve symptoms.

The point is that the problem isn't physical, but energetical/electrical. The nerves just don't pass the right currents to allow the nose to open up completely.

There is a very simple solution:
Massage the big toe or the armpit to open up the nose again. Quite easy and very effective. Give it a try. Please note that rubbing/massing the left armpit will open up the right nose hole and viceversa.
