Below you can read my health journal. Please note it's a quite subjective diary. Also, I'm often (too) enthousiastic about things I try, so please keep that that in mind while reading.
Nonetheless, I hope that reading my experiences might be helpful for you.

Today, I finally received the new batch of Min-Col, Algazim and the K-Min. Check the article I linked yesterday (on the RBTI) to see what they are..
I wonder how effective the K-Min is at killing parasites.

Also did some sungazing and reached 21m20s.

21m10s sungazing.. Felt good..
Petre made a list of testimonials w.r.t. sungazing:
www.sunlight.as.ro/

I also wrote a report which shows my progress with the RBTI:

My weight is 75 kilograms now. I'm finally implementing the RBTI as I should. I am now using:
Calcium gluconate 3x2 per day
Calcium lactate 3x2 per day (to bring down the pH)
Mineral Colloids 3x2 per day
Algazim (kelp) 3x2 per day

Since I started using the calciums and preventing ketosis, my weight is increasing linearly.
I'm also using the lemon water and am trying to keep up my brix values (which reflect bloodsugar levels) by using juices in the lemon water instead of the water.

I'm finally starting to understand the RBTI better.
I charted my urine pH values throughout the day and I notice there is a high peak at 14:00 (pH 7.2) and after that it starts to fall, almost linearly until it reaches somewhere near 5.6-5.9 at midnight.

So, I have to bring down the pH in the early afternoon and after that I have to move it up after 18:00 when it's falling below 6.4 . I've been doing that a few days now and the increase in energy is very strong.

This morning I checked the scale and it said 74 kilograms, so I seem to be reacting to it quite favourably.. Will keep you updated.

I reached 21m0s of sungazing yesteday.

I'm also trying to strictly adhere to the Homo Optimus guidelines. Especially w.r.t. the protein amounts. It takes quite some calculations to make sure you don't eat more than 50g proteins..
Yesterday I ate 4 raw egg yolks in the morning, a few slices of cheese, 2 dates and a cup of cream. In the afternoon I ate a few more slices of cheese and 2 dates and another cup of cream. In the evening 50g of chicken and 150g brocolli with butter and olive oil and half a cup of cream. It seems to work very well for me. I also can tolerate the 48 hour fermented and dehydrated cream better than 24h cream, but I'm still trying to find goat's cream, which I will probably tolerate better.

I just discovered something interesting. I think I now know why I'm so sensitive to electrosmog and how eating a low-carbohydrate aggravates the symptoms.

First of all:
High frequency radiation alters the way the calcium channels work in the body. It also opens up the blood-brain barrier, which should be closed all the time to prevent bacteria and viri from entering the brain and causing for example brain infections.
Calcium is a very important mineral in the functioning of neurons, muscles and virtually all body processes. For example: When calcium enters the cells of the pancreas, it will release insulin. When electrosmog causes the calcium channels to be upset, such that high levels of calcium can flow into the pancreas, it will cause the pancreas the overshoot insulin. The same applies to the heart: It will cause irregular heart beats as calcium in the heart cells causes it to contract. Idem for muscles: It causes spasms. For the brain neurons, something worse happens: They fill start to ''fire'' until neuron death ensues. The method of action is the same as with aspartame and other neurotoxins.

I just discovered the reason why low-carb diets cause aggravation of electrosmog sensitivity: Due to ketosis, more calcium is release in the blood to counteract the acidity of the ketone bodies. This extra calcium, combined with the upset calcium channels *and* the shut down brain-blood filter causes big problems: Brain fogs, extreme tiredness, and several other physical symptoms will be the result.

Here is the article:
www.low-carb-diet-safety.com/hazards.htm

So, it becomes more clear why Kwasniewski says to use at least a minimal ammount of carbohydrates each day: If you don't do that, ketosis will be the result and then all above symptoms and more might be the result.. Here's a nice 7-day diet plan of Kwasniewski's Optimal diet: homodiet.netfirms.com/menu/day_one.htm

Alas, I can't digest starches, so I have to look at fruits to maintain an ample supply of carbohydrates to prevent ketosis.

From today on, I will take extra meassures to ensure I eat enough carbohydrates, about 50 grams per day, instead of the 0 to 20 grams a day I often eat.

No sungazing today alas.. Lots of clouds..

I was able to sungaze yesterday. I reached 20m30s.
The Bioprotect card has so far proven its efficacy. When I forget to bring it, I notice the difference immediately (even when I thought I had it with me, so no placebo)..

It's sold here: www.bioprotect.de.vu .

Second test of BIOProtect Card seems promising too. This morning I did the exam and I was feeling fine during the entire time, even though fluorescent lights were on the ceiling..

I reached 20m20s

20m10s... Am studying for exams on Wednesday and Friday..
The BIO Protect Card seems to work just fine, which is great news for me. More soon on this topic.

Yesterday I reached 20m0s of sungazing.. Was able to gaze several days in a row. I noticed detox symptoms. I feel the most energetic when I've gazed several days in a row and my body has detoxed for the most part.

When it's on-off-on-off sungazing, which very often is the case in Dutch winters, I get though the detox fase each time, over and over again.

Also, I started using primal defense HSO probiotics again, but I've stopped using butter...

Today, I received three interesting books:
* The Sedona Method
* Happiness is Free by Lester Levenson and Hale Dwoskin
* The Heartmath Solution by Doc Childre, Howard Martin, with Donna Beech

These books explain how we can release our old suppressed negative emotions and hence understand what/who we really are and live life up to its fullest potential. The first 20 pages I've read of ''Happinness is Free'' are very promising. The introduction starts with these words:
''What is Happiness ?
Quite simply put, happiness you being your Self. Not the limited self that you pretend to be most of the time, but the unlimited Self your are and always have been.''
Also, this is quoted from Lester Levesque:
''I wanted to change the entire world, and that was the cause of my ulcers''
''Happiness equated to my capacity to *love* rather than to *being loved*''.

When I've finished the books, please check the out the book review section for a few more reviews..

Today I reached 19m30s of sungazing. I noticed a decrease in hunger sensation. I also gazed last sunday. I think that once I'm able to gaze a few days in a row, more effects will become apparent. The weather out here is still like typical Dutch winters: Lots of clouds and rain and some cold, but cloudless days.

I'm also trying to eat more raw foods: I like the lamb shoarma the local organic butcher sells. Tastes really good and the spices have no sugar or starches in them. Raw it tastes even better than cooked and it has lots of fat in it, which tastes the best.

Next week, I'll have two more exams and then I can start the master thesis project. I will try to make the Sony AIBO dog-robots play soccer even better than before. More on this on the RoboCup homepage www.robocup.org/ .

Today I reached 19 minutes of sungazing. I really look forward to spring, when there will be more sun.
Somehow, I think the primal defense increased the mucus in my intestines. I stopped using it and now it's a lot less and I seem to tolerate butter quite well again. Time will tell..
My weight is now a stable 73 kg.

I reached 18m20s sungazing. Not going to fast, but we get there anyway.

Today, I realised butter and cream and probably most dairy isn't too good for me. Read the report on detecting and accepting food tolerances on this page: www.newtreatments.org/doc/WisdomExperience/160

Merry Christmas and New Year !

After much overcast all day long for over two weeks, I was finally able to gaze again. I've reached 17m40s now. I sure missed it.

The primal defense is working very well. Day after day, I have perfect bowel movements. Quite impressive. I will order a new batch so I can continue to use it for a longer trial. I hope to completely clean my intestines, so the bad bacteria won't have a ''terrain'' or milieu left to live on.

Noticed improvements:
* More energy
* Perfect bowel movements, each day
* More stable blood sugars
* Muscle weight increase, though not working out at all
* No more sneezing or allergy like symptoms at all
* No more runny noses at all

Day 5 of perfect dehydrated stools. This is quite amazing. I haven't had this since I was on prednison, about 3.5 years ago !

Suppose the main cause of my inflammation was a severe dysbiosis. The prednison, at high doses, would help perfectly as it would kill the immune system. The intestines could continue to work perfectly even though there was maldigestion and lots and lots of bad bacteria in the intestines.

The SCDiet worked very well to reduce the numbers of bacteria. That way the immune response wasn't needed as the population of bad bacteria was very low. Even small amounts of undigestable foods would rapidly increase the population and the vicious cycle would start again.

Now, the combination of the SCDiet with the Primal Defense probiotics is showing remarkable improvements, comparable to what the prednison accomplished. But this time, the source of the problem is being attacked instead of the symptom. The immune system stays intact, but there is nothing left for the immune system to get upset by: The bacterial population has changed so much that it doesn't trigger an immune response anymore.

I'm also at day 6 of fungal defense,

Will keep you updated,

Ed

Again, perfectly dehydrated stool. This Primal Defense is really good stuff. At least four days in a row of perfectly dehydrated stools (bye bye toilet paper    ), but no sign of constipation at all. Wasn't able to sungaze due to clouds again.

Saturday, November 15 2003
I've been using Primal Defense HSO for some time now and right now, my stool is turning perfectly dehydrated, time after time.
Something is starting to happen for sure. I will also try the Fungal Defense soon, to see how that goes. It all looks very promising.

The Homestatic Soil Organisms in the Primal Defense clean up the intestines and by doing that change the terrain/milieu/environment in the intestines.
As ''bad'' bacteria need a bad terrain to live on, the PD effectively gets rid of the bad bacteria. Other approaches like antibiotics won't work because when the terrain is still there, the bacteria *will* keep coming back.

Will keep you updated,
Ed

Yesterday I sungazed 17m10s. Today there was a dark overcast all day long, so I wasn't able to gaze.

I'm using the Primal Defence probiotics for about two weeks now and I have a very good feeling about it. I first developed some detox symptoms (headaches and lots of thirst primarily), but right now my intestines are working a lot better already w.r.t. dehydration and I also think I have more energy, but ofcourse I'm not sure whether this is from the sungazing or the probiotics. Here is an interesting testimonial from Dr. Jordan Rubin: Very interesting to read: www.gardenoflifeusa.com/newsletter/index.html

Will keep you updated.

I stopped the inulin after a week. No real improvements so far. Still can't tolerate hard-to-digest carbs like in raw onion or garlic.

Today, I sungazed 15m30s.

 9

Sunday, October 05 2003
I started Thursday evening with a very small amount of inulin, diluted in water.
I think it was about 0.25 gram . My stool might have turned somewhat less solid, but no extreme reactions.

An hour ago, I took 1-1.5 gram of inulin. Will let you know what happens.
It doesn't have any immediate effects, like lactose for example does have (gas production within half an hour to an hour I think).

I decided to start slowly and then build up the dose to 15 grams.

The things that attracts me the most, is that inulin changes the milieu (environment) in the colon. This approach I like very much and it is very much compatible to the New Biology articles as linked on my site.

In the afternoon at about 5PM I still felt fine and concluded the inulin wasn't doing much harm. So I took the full dosage of 15 grams (3 teaspoons).

At 7PM I still didn't notice any negative side effects.. So, from now on I will use the 3 teaspoons a day and will let you know the results..

Will keep you updated,

Ed

P.S. Due to the weather conditions, I haven't been able to sungaze the last few days. Today, I was luckily able to gaze again. 14m10s ..
