| Monday, December 23 2002 Hi,
I've upgraded my diet a step further..
After yet another trial with including fruits in my diet, I've concluded that fruits are not compatible with me.. I get weaker and weaker, my muscles decrease in size rapidly and my stamina decreases up to the point where I feel like *shit*..
Since last week, I've been eating the normal high-fat, relatively high protein diet, with the following changes:
* All meats raw
* All nuts raw
* Veggies raw and cooked mixed
* Enough water, target is 2.5 liters
* At least three lemons a day, made as a 10% juice, diluted with water
* Some olive oils
* Generous amounts of butter (probably raw from France, but not 100% sure, might be pasturized)
Well, the results are quite well.. After a few days on this diet, my energy levels started to rise, also my stools turned very well: Solid and perfectly dehydrated
I also need less sleep and I look a lot better and healthier, which other people tell me too..
Going from a mostly-cooked to no-cooked foods at all cold turkey is *very hard*..
So, here are some nice tips:
Recipe 1
* Carpaccio (beef)
* Some small cherry tomatoes
* Olive oil
* Chunks of butter
* Some fresh lemon juice
Put the carpaccio (I use 100g or 200g portions) on a plate
Pour some olive oil on it
Cut some slices of butter (Don't forget to be generous with the butter)
Cut the tomatoes in slices
Sprinkle some fresh lemon juice on it
For the drink: Take the rest of the lemon juice and add 9 parts of water
Note, this is a testimonial of what lemon juice can do for you:
Recipe 2:
* Raw beef steak (100g-200g)
* Endive (cut yourself or pre-cut)
* Onion
* Generous amount of butter
* Seasalt
* Cayenne Pepper
* And again a glass of lemon juice, 1 part juice, 9 parts water
Heat the butter
Add the slices onions
Wait a while until the onions are well done
Add the endive
Lower the gas a bit and heat the endive
Make sure the endive keeps its crispness quality
While the endive is heating, take a plate and cut the beef in small pieces
Make sure the endive is not *too* hot (so it won't ''cook'' the beef) and throw it over the beef
Add some nice chunks of butter on top of the endive and eat it before it's fully melted
Season with seasalt and cayenne pepper
Drink a glass of lemon juice with it
Recipe 3,4,5,.....etc
Use variations of the above (i.e. use other veggies, use other meats/fish)
Note on the nuts:
Only unshelled nuts can be fully raw, as the shelled nuts are shelled using either high heat or freezing cold, which does damage the proteins enough to disqualify them as really raw foods..
This way you get 90% of the benefits of a raw diet, but without the rough edges of it..
It works for me :-)
Best wishes and greetings from The Netherlands,
Ed

| Saturday, December 14 2002 OK.. Something new.. I will adopt D'Adamo's guidelines, as in Live right for your type from now on.. This means I won't be able to eat avocado's, which I always liked to eat so much..
Here is the list of foods I, blood type O+, can eat:
www.atlantisenergy.net/o-blood_type_diet.htm
(Replace the o in the link above by a,b or ab for your diet)
I analyzed the list and found some foods I had some doubts with.. So, I'll just give it a try.. Note, this means I'll be restricting my SCDiet even further.. (I won't eat spelt-bread just because D'Adamo says so).. We have to watch out for the lectin-part (D'Adamo), but also the more general things like digestive capabilities, how natural foods are, how many carbohydrates they contain etc..
Well, I'll let you know the results..
After second consideration, I'll do this experiment sometime later.. Although the research does make sense (lectins, anti-genes etc), it's inconsistent with history.. If an O-bloodtype person sees an avocado, he will just eat it, because he likes the taste.. He won't leave it there, just because it's not compatible to his bloodtype, of which he has no way to determine which is his.. The real reason for the postponement is that I don't see a good alternative for my daily avocado.. First things first..
This is what Wai says about it: www.waitalk.com/cgi-bin/bb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=5;t=000033#000000
By the way, the first tray of lemons (again, in Dutch lemon=citroen, lime=limoen) is gone and I'll get another one today.. I will continue the lemon-juice as a nice addition to my diet..

| Friday, December 13 2002 Overall, after drinking lemon-water juice daily (three times a day orso), I do feel better, more energetic and clearminded.. So, it does work..
I just finished reading Kirbam's book, Health Guide for Survival and it's really nice and written very convincingly.. I'm near 100% sure that Reams discovered how to cure most disease.. The story on leukemia is very interesting, as Reams says that all you need to do is re-enable to body to absorb vitamin A... Once you've done that (don't ask me how), leukemia is the ''easiest'' condition to turn around.. It's so sad that many people and children have died from leukemia, while the cure was discovered already in 1976 !
Kirban's book isn't all that technical.. It's a nice read and it's about Kirbam's personal visit to Ream's clinic. After he came back after 10 days, his wife told him he looked exactly like he was when they got married ! He also feels so much more vital and energetic and his allergies disappeared within 3 days.. He started on a three day lemon-juice (distilled water) fast.. He got more and more energetic, even though he thought he would feel really bad due to the fasting.. It was no problem at all..
I also read that Reams was able to predict, almost to the day, when a person would get a heart-attack if he wouldn't change his diet for the better.. He cured hyperactive persons, he cured epilepsy with ease.. (Most of) Epilepsy is just plain sudden low-blood sugar, very easily corrected with the right diet..
The book is full of interesting feats. and also some nice photo's of Reams and his retreat in the nature.. It looks really nice.. Alas, there are no technical details.. For the details I will need to order another book, the one written by one of Reams' colleagues.. I'll do that soon.. It fascinates me more and more..

| Thursday, December 05 2002 This morning, my saliva pH was very close to 7 again.. Somewhere near 6.6.-6.8 I guess.. So, it seems the lemon-distilled water fasting *does* work quite good.. But, it's still too soon to draw conclusions..
I'm also taking the bicarbonate successfully in between meals.. No side effects whatsoever.. Check some more here: www.newtreatments.org/doc/WisdomExperience/86
I will keep you updated,

| Wednesday, December 04 2002 Hi,
Yesterday, I fasted until 9:00 PM, when the hunger got the best of me..
I had been drinking lemon juice + distilled water (10% lemon juice) since 1 PM and each half hour a glass of distilled water..
I felt quite well the entire day..
This morning I checked my saliva, the first thing in the morning, and it was very close to 7.0, perhaps even the optimal pH 6.8..
The two days before it was a stable 6.2, which means 4 times too many H+ ions, i.e. my saliva was way too acidic..
Don't know what this means yet.. I can't imagine the lemon treatment to work *that* fast on the pH of my tissues..
Another side effect I noted is that my armpits smell like nothing at all.. Normally they have a slight (or worse) scent of sweat...
Another side effect I already experienced friday night, when I took my first glasses of lemon juice (not distilled water and no fasting however) is that I felt a strange sensation in my liver area.. Just like small rocks moving around.. Perhaps those were liver stones of some kind ?
Well, It's ofcourse way too soon to draw conclusions, but I'll keep you updated,
Update 12:00
5 minutes after breakfast my saliva pH = 7.5
This is also better than before..
Update 16:00
2 hours after my last meal, my urine pH = 7.2/7.3

| Tuesday, December 03 2002 My morning saliva pH is again very close to the 6.0, I think about 6.2.. Which is ofcourse to acid.. 6.8 is optimal..
Some more thoughts on Crohn's disease, incorporating the latest info on pleomorphism and the Reams theory:
* I think Crohn's disease is not a problem of the intestines, but more a problem of the liver.
In an acidified body, the liver can't work for 100% anymore and it can't produce and deliver all 6 billion enzymes anymore.
Reams stated that Diabetes (2 or also 1 ?) can easily be cured by regenerating the liver by taking the lemon-distilled water treatment.
The liver regenerates --> It produces the enzymes for the other organs to regenerate --> All organs regenerate
The word *enzyme* triggered a new thought:
The duodenum produces enzymes, needed for the digestion of di- and polysaccharides.
Suppose, like most other organs, the duodenum gets it enzyme *input* from the liver..
In that case, regenerating the liver, will regenerate the duodenum, which will re-enable digestion of complex carbohydrates..
The liver also produces the bile, which is anionic and which counters the cationic food.. Without sufficient anionic bile, you can't digest the food and you can't get any energy out of your cationic food..
* Crohn's could also be a problem of a too acidified body and also a too acidified colon
There are different approaces to de-acidify the body and in turn also the intestines:
* Base Powder as on www.euroamericanhealth.com/bbp.html Taken in between meals this increases the pH of the stomach fluids, trigger the stomach lining to produce more acids and taking their acid input from the rest of the body..
Net result: Body gets de-acidified
* Coral Calcium
* Sodium bicarbonate
-----------------
What do you think of the above thoughts ?
Has anyone tried anything like this before ?
Thanks in advance for your input,
Ed,
The Netherlands

| Monday, December 02 2002 My morning saliva pH is slightly higher than 6.0, but less than 6.5.
I've started the Reams Theory treatment with lemon juice and I will do the pH measurements daily, according to the protocol on www.euroamericanhealth.com
BTW, the morning saliva pH should be very close to 7. 6.8 is the optimal value.. So, this is the first proof that I hold too much acid..
Will keep you updated,
Ed

| Saturday, November 16 2002 The last few days I felt remarkably well and very energetic and clear in the mind..
I think it's the Bowen treatment that's doing some really amazing stuff to me..
Today, I went to the supermarket and some other shops and I started to feel worse due to the electrosmog in there.. It took more than three hours to regain my complete goodfeeling.
Then I started to think: Hey, I haven't been to any shop the last three-four days.. Perhaps I felt so good because I hadn't been near any electrosmog sources for that time..
Now I don't know if the Bowen Treatment made me feel so good or if it was the absence of electrosmog those days..
To be continued,
Ed,
The Netherlands

| Wednesday, November 13 2002 here's a short report on my visit to a Bowen practicioner yesterday:
Yesterday, I went to a Bowen practicioner to give it a try..
I decided to do so after the good results Ann reported after only three treatments..
It was a new experience and if I wasn't as openminded I would have thought it was all nonsense..
I'm already convinced it is working, by the way..
A really nice, friendly woman treated me at her home..
After the questions she asked me, I had to lie down on my belly, arms next to my body.
Next she started to locate some specific points on my back. I needed to breath in and out several times, so that she could locate them correctly. It's all quite precise..
Then she started by pushing some points very lightly, doing it on both sides symmtrically... After doing some points, she would leave me for a couple of minutes..
This procedure happened three or four times and then I was ready.. At that time I didn't feel that much difference, perhaps some slight tingling in my upper leg..
She treated primarily my intestines by touching the specific spots on my legs..
I fel a bit fuzzy after she finished.. That afternoon I felt quite nasty and in the evening I felt OK..
My intestines started to make some noises.. I slept well.. Today, my intestines are making quite some noises, even though I ate what I eat regularly..
Something *is* happening, that's for sure.. I think I feel better, more energetic, but I'm not sure yet.. Also my acne seems to have diminshed, even though I eat cooked meat, which would previously cause acne.. I'm not sure yet, I'll have to wait some days before I can draw conclusions..
Perhaps interesting, I found this testimonial:
*From Catherine Arbeid: Having now had five Bowen Technique sessions with
*you, I am no longer taking the Steroids and other medication prescribed
*to control the condition with which I was diagnosed just over two years
*ago, knows as Crohns Colitis.
*
*As I think I told you after the first treatment, the following day was
*the first morning I have woken up free of the stomach cramps and other,
*more unpleasant symptoms which have for the past few years heralded the
*start of each day; in fact I felt so good, I forgot to take my
*prescribed medicines. In the time that has followed that first treatment
*I have been able to greatly reduce my medication and now, just four
*weeks later, I have stopped taking any of my prescribed tablets - with
*no ill effects whatsoever.
*
*The relief and general well being I now have are something I had
*forgotten I could feel, and thus my life in general has improved vastly,
*thanks to you.
*
*I now wish to continue seeing you periodically, in order to maintain my
*general health and well being; I find the treatments so relaxing I would
*be loath to go without them for too long.

| Wednesday, October 30 2002 Here is another update on our use of the Lakhovsky Multiple Wave
Oscillator.
My father's pain in the shoulder keeps returning, even though it
disappears each time he uses the lamp of the MWO on his shoulder.
The increased energy level, both mental and physical is still there in
all five of us (my parents and two brothers and me), very well
noticable..
What's even more noticable for me is that my stool is perfectly
dehydrated, each day for the last week. I don't need to toilet paper
anymoer !
This is very uncommon and probably even an unique event for me..
I think this is caused by the local use of the MWO antenna 4 inches
above my abdomen..
A man who has started his clinic a month ago already has more than 10
patients and has much success and great results treating them with his
MWO. He recently bought a second one. Another man decided to buy his
MWO last week and has promising results. The effects on his intestines
are very noticable.. I think he has Crohn's disease or another IBD..
I will keep you updated on how we fare,
