| Friday, August 15 2003 Back in The Netherlands again..
I often eat this in the morning:
* 3 raw egg yolks with grape juice
* dehydrated cream with strawberries (dehydration by letting the water leak out through a piece of cotton)..
Afternoon: More cream
Evening: Raw steak or slightly broiled steak (10 seconds a side), some raw cheese, some cream
Very simple, but quite effective, as I get loads of energy from it..

| Friday, August 01 2003 I'm doing very well. I'm in France again now.. My brother and I are visiting the cities in the area to check out the local nightlife.. A good first impression after our first visit last night..
I've just come up with a new and tasty raw egg recipe:
Take 2 high quality eggs (like the French ''les oefs de ferme'' or real free-range chicken eggs), blend them using a manual blender (the one you operate by hand), until all the sliminess is gone. Then add 4 teaspoons of orange juice or grape juice and blend.. Then drink it.. Tastes OK..
I've come to the conclusion that the 24-hour cream still contains too much lactose, so now I'm instead eating unheated butter with some nuts and raisins.. I will have to investigate the cream fermentation further, because I *really* like the cream with a small amount of stevia and some strawberries.. A real treat !
I've just built my own fermenting-machine with the following components:
* Thermostat (around 10 euro, adjustable between 0 and 120 degrees C)
* 220V bulb fitting
* 220V 40W bulb
* Some wires
* Some wood or plastic to built the box
* A 220V cord with plug on one side
I connected it all and set the thermostat to 40 degrees. That way, below 40 degrees C the bulb will light and it's 40W heat will heat the yogurt/cream or EM-1 or whatever. When it reaches 40 degrees, it will automatically turn off again.. I mounted the bulb fitting on a slice of wood and also mounted the thermostat on it. Then I connected the wires the right way and the 220V cord.
Then I finished it off by taking another slice of wood and mounting it on the other side, so that all electronics are invisible. I then finished off the sides with some more wood.. Finished..
Now, when I want to ferment anything at any degrees C, I just turn the dial on the thermostat to whatever temperature I like and put the device into the fermenting case.. The case can be anything which has good issolation of heat. I'm thinking of using a defective refridgerator for this.. Should work just fine.. Perhaps I would need a more powerful light bulb, of say 75 watt or 100 watt...
If I want to ferment small amounts of stuff (say 2 liters of cream), I can use a very small case and if I want to ferment 25 liters of EM-1, I can use a large case (like the fridge or something)..
I will publish the pictures soon, when I get back home and will also include some detailed build instructions..
Take care,
Ed,
From France

| Sunday, July 20 2003 Still on the Homo Optimus diet.. I'm now certain that it's a major improvement on the standard Atkins high-protein diet..
I'm also using EM-1 again.. I definitely get more energy when I use it. I also think my bloodsugars are more stable..
So, summarizing, here are the four most helpful alternative treatments for all disease that I have gathered in the last few years:
* Homo Optimus diet (check www.newtreatments.org/sites for references)
* EM-1 as a super-antioxidant and super-probiotics. (check www.rawpaleodiet.org/em/index.html )
* Energy medicine to boost the healing speed ( www.ngcenergyhealing.com for people in The Netherlands )
* Reams Biological Theory of Ionization ( check my site and also www.biri.org/Keys_Menu.htm )
I'm certain that these four things will boost the health of anyone, especially when combined.
Good luck,
Ed

| Friday, July 04 2003 I've been eating according to the Homo Optimus diet for a while and I really like it. I have more energy and feel better and my intestines love it too.
I eat generous amounts of self-made sour cream (cream, add some yogurt and put in the oven at 40 degrees C for at least 24 hours).. Tastes wonderfully with a very small amount of stevia or honey.
I only eat 50 grams of proteins and that feels good too. It definitely is enough because my muscle mass has increased considerable due to some simple exercise (push-ups, chin-ups).. I did it three times with some days in between. Each session is only 5 minutes work-out, but the results are amazing. First time I did 20 push-ups, 2nd time 35 push-ups, 3rd time 45 push-ups..
It's so effective because the body burns fats and is in anabolic mode because of the lack of insulin, which is the catabolic hormone. In fact, people eating a high-carb diet, who are working out, are turning their muscle into glucose during the work-out.
When you eat low-carb, high-fat, virtually no insulin is available and the body turns anabolic and virtually never needs to burn its own muscle.. Great !
I also like the added mental power: Better concentration, better mental endurance, etc. I have some exams next week, and the learning is really going very well..
Hunger virtually disappears and I can go on and on without food for seveal hours (5-8 hours in a row) when I eat enough fat.
In the end, every adult only needs 50 grams of protein and only 2000 kcal of energy (from the fat), according to Kwasniewski. I really believe he has discovered the optimal diet to become a Homo Optimus (optimal human being)
One more week, and then it's vacation ! Then, after the vacation it's a few more months, and I will hopefully have finished my studies (Computer Science at a Dutch University)..
The RBTI figures keep going up (into the A-range), since I started the Homo Optimus Diet.. The EM energy level has several times been higher than 70%. Two months ago, I started with an energy percentage of only 45-55%..

| Thursday, June 05 2003 I'm doing quite well. I have definitely more energy, especially in the evening, very high mental clarity and as I noted before, my skin is a lot better..
I started the 2nd fast yesterday at 12:00 (noon)..
You can now very clearly see the tendency of the urine and saliva pH's in the charts on the bottom of www.newtreatments.org/rbtiprofile?pid=1 .
Once I start the fast, the saliva starts to move into the green A-range. The urine on the other hand moves in the other direction. The body is flushing out the excess acids or the excess alkalines. Once the urine moves into the A-range, that's when the body has gotten rid of all its excess acids and alkalines.. Very interesting..
Will keep you updated.. The charts are updated daily by the way..

| Wednesday, May 21 2003 Yesterday, at 20:00, I decided to stop the fast, although my nitrate nitrogen wasn't indicating that the withdrawal stage was finished..
I got quite strong signals from my intuition / body that I had better stop the fast. I decided not to ignore those signals (extreme longing for foods I didn't have the other days) and hence stopped.
I ate some cooked veggies (which tasted amazingly well by the way).. I slept very well last night.. For a few days, I will slowly build up the food quantity to a normal level and I will only eat light foods.
I just checked my weight and I think my intuition had correctly warned me, as my weight had dropped to 66 kilograms.. For a 25yr old guy, 185cm tall, that's not much..
After the fast, my skin has improved considerable. It feels a lot softer and more elastic, healthier overall.. I'll keep you updated on other results.

| Sunday, May 18 2003 Day five of the fast: For the first time, even my morning figures (11:00AM RBTI test) indicate that I'm in withdrawal. The nitrate nitrogen figures are below 2 since yesterday 14:00 now..
Now, it's a matter of waiting for the nitrate nitrogens to go up again, to a total of 15 or higher.. That will indicate the end of the fast..
Figures are here: www.newtreatments.org/rbtiprofiles (click on the bottom one, which says ''Ed'')..
Also I found two interesting articles on the efficacy of orthodox cancer treatments. Nothing is proven at all.. No studies show that chemotherapy or radiation therapy works in the short- or long term. It's all based on lies and financial corruption: $200,000.00 per cancer patient in the Western World is way too much and this flaws/hinders the objective reasoning of the oncologists in hospitals..

| Saturday, May 17 2003 The pH-gap between saliva and urine pH is getting more and more narrow.. This is clearly visible in the charts.. Also the other values a re getting more and more in the A-range: www.newtreatments.org/rbtiprofile?pid=1
I'm finally going into withdrawal, the figures indicate.. The 14:00 and 17:00 figures both show a nitrate nitrogen of 1, which means withdrawal during the fasting.
I've been fasting (on sweetened lemonwater) for almost 4 days in a row:
I stopped eating Tuesday at 20:00..
Wednesday was the first fasting day
Thursday the 2nd
Friday the 3rd
Today the 4th day..
Now, it's a matter of waiting for the nitrate nitrogen to go up again. That means my body is done with the withdrawal.
Keeping the sugars up is getting quite hard. The drops of alcohol in the lemonwater doesn't seem to help much.. Overall, I feel better and better each day. This morning I woke up with very slight flu-like symptoms..
Energy level is definitely rising.
I have a really good feeling about this treatment, but it does take some willpower..

| Friday, May 16 2003 It seems like I've finally reached the withdrawal stage of the lemon fast. Check the nitrate nitrogen numer 1 on May 16, 14:30 . www.newtreatments.org/rbtiprofile?persoonid=1 The day before, 14:00 was also the time that the nitrogen number went down..
This morning I woke up with slight flu-like symptoms. After a few small cups of distilled water, it disappeared.. I also did a wake-up test of my urine brix. It was 2.0.. Strange enough, the 11:00 value was 5.0 and the 14:30 value was down to 1.0..
I also bought some real juniper berry gin and also some apricot brandy. The mint gin I couldn't find.. The mix of these three in the right ratio's makes, what Reams called, Zest Tonic. One or two drops of this in the lemon water will catalyze the sugar regulation in the body and will increase the body temperature. This mix, Zest Tonic, resembles the alchohol the pancreas makes. Low sugar glucose levels makes that the pancreas can't produce enough alchohol and hence a person feels cold..
Too high sugar levels cause the opposite, a person feels hot, and in the extreme even feels hot in a T-shirt , outside in the winter.
Will keep you updated,
Ed

| Thursday, May 15 2003 I've started the lemon-water fast since May 13th 20:00 (last meal)..
So far, so good.. All the results can be found on: www.newtreatments.org/doc/Reams%20Biological%20Theory%20of%20Ionization/108
The fructose is doing miracles.. My brix levels remain up and my sleep has improved very much. I now wake up with all the blankets still in place, instead of all over the place... A very good sign.. I also don't sweat at night anymore.. So, the fructose is having a good effect on sugar regulation..
Will keep you updated daily on www.newtreatments.org/doc/Reams%20Biological%20Theory%20of%20Ionization/108
It's quite to hard to find the right dosage of the fructose to get the brix levels at 1.3-1.9 range.. It has a strong tendency to drop below 1.0, while the 11:00 AM level is too high..
A good overview of the progress in the RBTI figures can be seen at:
www.newtreatments.org/rbtiprofile?persoonid=1 . Information on these charts can be found here: www.newtreatments.org/doc/Reams%20Biological%20Theory%20of%20Ionization/116
