| Sunday, July 24 2005 Long time no see.
I am a lot further on my road towards health. I'm quite sure Mercury is my last obstacle.
I react badly to the following supplements, in exactly the same way, brainfogs, nightsweats, dizzyness, trembling. These are mercury toxicity symptoms.
* Lipoic acid (ALA, find it in the diary, 2001)
* Chlorella (chelates mercury from the bowel)
* MSM and DMSO (find it in the diary, 2001)
* Taking a shower makes me tired ( www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C586629.html )
* The DMPS Mercury test (this was very extreme, I got extreme symptoms and eventually even kidney pain from this 300mg pill)
Furthermore, Crohn's disease is also listed as a symptom of Mercury toxicity.
I will try to detox using ALA and I will try a product called NDF.
The ALA protocol is described in this book, www.noamalgam.com/ .

| Monday, November 29 2004 I've learned another interesting thing: I can eat cream as long as I keep my urine pH near 6.4 . Once the pH moves over 7.0, I will get excess mucus in the intestines. High urine pH's are typical for *allergies*, Reams said.

| Tuesday, November 02 2004 It's been a while since I wrote in the journal:
* I haven't done much sungazing lately because of the poor weather conditions
* I've been eating all-raw for over a week now and it sure has positive effects. Red meat is no problem, when raw. I've managed to keep my urine pH near the optimal 6.4 for quite some time now by eating two oranges (high in calcium lactate) each morning, combined with coconut fat to prevent bloodsugar swings
* I'm experimenting with small amounts of raw omega-3 rich oils to improve my bowel movement speeds and it seems to help, further helping stabilizing my urine pH numbers.
* I've tried two new treatments. I've visted the Maori healers and I've done a Tao Healing weekend.
I have a very good feeling about both treatments and will write more extensive reports on these soon.
For the Dutch visitors, please check out www.roymartina.com/ which seems to have very interesting information.
More soon,

| Tuesday, September 21 2004 Today, I gave the project presentation and afterwards I received my grade for the project thesis: An 8.0, which is a nice score !
My computer science studies have finished. In two weeks I will receive my doctorandus-title (comparable to Master of Science).
It's time to relax a bit now after weeks of hard work

| Sunday, September 12 2004 In the meantime, I've reached 33m0s of sungazing.
I think I've discovered what causes my urine pH to become very alkaline: Red meat. I think I'll have to stop eating red meat altogether. Somehow it has a constipating effect which alkalized the intestines. It takes some real effort to undo this.
The last weeks I managed to get the urine pH down to 6.6 by not-eating red meats (not intended) and by eating oranges and calcium-lactate foods on a daily basis. I noticed my eyes became less red, almost bright white and that my skin quality improved considerably. Alas, the last few days I ate some red meats and now it's a whopping 7.5 again ! That's quite a difference. Let's see how I can manage to get it down to 6.6 again.

| Wednesday, September 08 2004 Some thoughts on what really causes acne:
* Water retention causes Acne, like Wai writes on www.waisays.com * Eating cooked proteins and high carb foods increases water retention
* Why do some people retain more water than others ?
---- Kidney insufficiency, causing edema
---- Kidney meridian unbalanced, causing edema (this and above are ofcourse related)
---- Acid urine pH, indicates tendency towards constipation and slow peristalsis: Causes higher transit times and hence more ''bad'' protein absorption, causing more retention
If I'm correct, my acne should almost completely disappear once my kidney meridian starts to work optimally again. Will keep you updated,
I reached 32m50s of sungazing in the evening.

| Tuesday, September 07 2004 I did some research on the kidney meridian and found this interesting webpage: www.earthtym.net/m-acup.htm
I can identify with most symptoms listed with a kidney merdian insufficiency. I always have cold hands, at age 26 I already have a few grey hairs, I have feelings of timidness, general tiredness to some extent, poor digestion and impaired thinking once in a while.
What would be very interesting is matching Prognos and the assemblage point medicine: How does an assemblage point correction change the meridians ? That would be interesting indeed.
Here's an illustration of the kidney meridian: www.acupuncture.com/QiKung/Kidney.htm
The KI1 point of the kidney meridian is at the sole of the foot. The acupuncturist put a needle in that spot, which is quite sensitive. I wonder how sungazing and the walking barefoot through the soil affects the acupuncture points on the sole of the feet.
In sungazed in the evening, but only reached 30 minutes, because the sun already passed the horizon at 20:05. (8:05 PM).

| Monday, September 06 2004 Hi,
I just came back (22:00 hours) from an acupuncturist. He used the Prognos System to analyze which meridians are out of balance. During the first meassurement, all meridians seemed to be very balanced, no imbalances. Then he put a needle on the top of my head: That acupuncture point lets all meridians flow their energy. After 3 minutes he did another Prognos test and this time the kidney meridian was slightly unbalanced. Next, he used about 10 needles to unblock the meridians of the kidneys. He also used some needles on the liver meridian and the ''three villages spot'' to let me gain energy.
I should notice an improvement soon. He asked me to call him in 2 days to tell him about the results.
The acupuncturist noticed that my health was quite good, in fact too good to even bother to worry about it the last few symptoms I might have. I explained him that it was primarily my interest in acupuncture and the Prognos system and the meridians which triggered me to visit him.
All in all, a very nice experience and I've a good feeling about acupuncture and the Prognos system. He says it works the best for people who are stress or burned out. The results in that domain are outstanding.
My brother also went along and his heart meridian was unbalanced, so he was treated for that meridian.

| Saturday, September 04 2004 Today, I was able to sungaze and I reached 32m40s. My urine pH went even lower to 6.6. I eat 3 oranges each day. The goal is to get the urine pH at a stable 6.4. I've also started drinking the lemon water again, 40oz per day in portions of 4oz (4oz=+/- 123ml). Please note that you can't just start to drink lemon water if you don't know your RBTI figures. The conductivity of the urine must be low enough, otherwise the lemon water would cause an extreme healing crisis/detoxification.

| Wednesday, September 01 2004 Yesterday and today I was able to sungaze and I reached 32m30s.
I've adapted my diet a bit: Because of my alkaline RBTI figures and the inability of the calcium-lactate supplements to lower those pH's, I decided to stop the supplements and start eating calcium-lactate rich foods like oranges. Soon after, the pH's started to move in the right direction and I think my energy levels are already increasing. Will keep you updated.
I'm quite busy right now, because I'm in the final stage of writing my thesis for my studies.
